Cancellation Policy

All orders can be cancelled within 12 hours. You must contact us within 12 hours of placing your order to be eligible . Once the printing/packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refund Policy

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping.  For a replacement or refund, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to report damaged or defective items.

If you are unsatisfied with your order – please contact our support within 14 days so we can try our best to assist you. 

Refund will not be issued if the following apply:

• Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
• We are not responsible for packages delivered but not received by the shipping courier .

30-Day Return Policy

At Geeks Don't Miss, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. Please read the following guidelines carefully. 

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Custom items are not eligible for return. 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@geeksdontmiss.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s) and are not liable for any lost or damaged packages during the return shipping process.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment.
